In the heart of Lézignan-Corbières, discover a grandiose cellar, born from the marriage of wood, stone and stainless steel. The winemaking workshop is equipped with innovative and functional facilities: automated sorting table, battery of tapered stainless steel vats, etc. Adjoining the vinification cellar, there are the aging cellars in vats and barrels, and the bottling line.

For the Bousquet father & son, the safe bet is land. Together, they work to identify the best wine-growing areas, at home in the Lézignanais.

For 40 years, they have selected and planted more than 250 plots in Lézignan-Corbières, Conilhac-Corbières, Boutenac, and Luc-sur-Orbieu. This mosaic of wine-growing terroirs is a real concentrate of the diversity of the Corbières, and constitutes all the richness of Château Grand Moulin.
