For 7 generations now, it is still the same family, which, under different names, PAUC, GRULET, BERGES and REVERDY, ensures the continuity and reputation of our estate, currently recognized as one of the jewels of Languedoc viticulture. -Roussillon, the Château la Voulte-Gasparets. Patrick, Laurent and Paul Reverdy are today the guarantors of a tradition of nobility and quality attested by a brilliant track record dating back to the golden age of the vine, at the end of the 19th century. Always in search of authenticity, they are craftsmen who know how to live in harmony with nature and who know how to respect it to better understand it and reap all the benefits it knows how to provide.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
To make a great wine, it is traditionally necessary to distinguish four elements. It is first of all the climate, or rather the micro-climates, that one must know how to recognize and appreciate, it is then the know-how, the skill of the winegrower, it is finally the grape varieties, that is to say the grape, which the winemaker chooses, and finally the terroir which gives the wine all its specificity.
