Sometimes, an integral part of the Château de Donos, Lordship of the 8th century, a gift from Charlemagne to his knight for having repelled the Saracens, sometimes a religious heritage attached to the famous Cistercian Abbey of Fontfroide (from the 12th century). The monastic atmosphere has given way to a bucolic setting where wine has been flowing for more than 300 years…
